Order and contract
By submitting an order, the buyer confirms the selected goods, quantity, price, delivery and payment method. The purchase contract is formed when the seller confirms the order by email. Before confirming, the seller may contact the buyer to clarify availability or parameters.
Prices and payment
Prices displayed in the shop include or exclude VAT as indicated next to the specific price. The total price, including delivery and any fees, is shown before the order is submitted. Available payment methods are shown in the cart.
Delivery
The delivery method, cost and estimated date are shown during checkout. The risk of damage passes to the consumer upon receipt of the goods. We recommend recording visible shipment damage on receipt and notifying us without delay.
Consumer withdrawal
For a distance purchase, a consumer may withdraw from the contract within the statutory period unless the goods were made or modified to their specific requirements or another statutory exception applies. Details and a withdrawal form will be provided on the Returns page.
Claims and liability
We are liable for defects in accordance with applicable law. A claim may be submitted by email or in writing with a description of the defect, order number and appropriate documentation. The claims procedure is available on the Claims page.

Final provisions
